Azienda Biofavole, a farm nestled in the heart of the Valdaso countryside, produces organic fruit, vegetables, and processed products such as peaches, apricots, plums, apples, pears and various vegetables.

It all begins with family love, tradition, and nature. The desire to revive healthy and genuine food has led us to rediscover ancient production methods and authentic recipes of typical Mediterranean diet products.

Cultivation is carried out as it once was, with the utmost respect for the soil and the environment.

Raw materials are processed quickly by hand in the workshop next to the plantations to ensure the integrity and quality of the final organic product, made according to traditional recipes of the Marche region.

BioFavole products are all preservative-free, dye-free, additive-free, 100% natural and zero-mile food. Certified fresh raw materials are used, these products combine quality and goodness like homemade ones.

Fruit and vegetables are the stars of our “Favole”: fruit purees, sugar-free juices, jams, fruit preserves, syrups, vegetable stock cubes, ketchup, creams, pickles, legumes, and purees. A true celebration of taste and health, bringing the magic of fairy tales to the table for both young and old alike.
