The Catalini farm, surrounded by lush hills, is located in the inland of the Marche region, a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. Favored by a year-round mild climate and the fertile soil of the Aso River valley and guided by a deep passion for nature passed down through generations, the Catalini farm produces,produces a wide variety of high-quality fruits, continually refining its cultivation techniques year after year
The desire to enjoy the sweetest seasonal fruits year-round led Sergio, the farm’s owner, to find a preservation system capable of maintaining the genuine quality of his products over time.

Selected fruit is carefully washed, peeled, cut (when necessary) and packed with water, sugar and lemon juice in glass jars that are boiled in a bain-marie.
Catalini’s production includes, besides fruit in syrup and delicious jams, peeled tomatoes, tomato puree, oil, sapa, and traditional vino cotto.
All products are made using low environmental impact cultivation methods in accordance with EEC Regulation No. 1257/99 P.S.R. Marche Measure F1 2003, and contain no colorings or preservatives.
