Salumificio Ciriaci was founded in 1937 in the heart of the Marche region by the passion and experience of Benito Ciriaci and his wife Elvira with the idea of creating a company capable of producing quality products that are healthy, wholesome and processed using traditional methods.

Since the 1940s, Ciriaci has been managing and controlling the entire production chain starting from working the land owned by the company, to raising livestock to processing the product.

Over time, the name Ciriaci has become a true symbol of the Marche food tradition, a guarantor of good homemade things.

The brand preserves tradition and quality, searching the origins for recipes to preserve intact the scents and flavors of yesteryear, bringing the best Italian products to the table.
