The Municipality of Ortezzano, in collaboration with the Provincial Chefs Association of Fermo APS and with the involvement of local excellence, promotes La Salata, Cena Tipica Tradizionale Marchigiana, an event dedicated to the enhancement of the gastronomic culture of the Marche region.

An evening celebrating rural tradition, ancient gestures and conviviality through a typical dinner that tells the authentic identity of the Marche region. The genuine flavors of La Salata thus become a storytelling tool of the territory, its roots and its food and wine heritage.

The initiative is part of a drive to promote local traditions and support artisan and agri-food production, strengthening the link between community, culture and taste.
